It has a lounge and open style kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The way the apartment is laid out, the current owners have made an extra sleeping area which has two single beds. This can easily be changed back so you have extra living area.

The property comes furnished as seen, apart from some personal items. The community is very well run and there is a large swimming pool and sun-bathing area. One important thing is that short term rentals are not allowed in this complex.

There is no garage with this property but there is plenty of roadside parking space.
