This is a very nice and bright apartment which is located in the quiet area of Callao Salvaje, a small touristic village that forms part of Costa Adeje. It is sold fully furnished with nice quality furnishings and is in a great location.

The apartment is a ground floor property and comprises of a lounge and dining area, an open, American style, fully fitted kitchen. It also has two bedrooms, one of which is being used as a dining room by the current owners, but can be easily turned back to a bedroom. There is a nice size bathroom and there are two terraces, one at the front of the apartment, and one at the rear.

The complex is nice and is well maintained. It has a big communal swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing space. It is just a short walk to the village centre where you will find a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The village of Callao Salvaje is a small tourist village but has a nice and peaceful feeling about it. There is a nice beach and you can walk to the next village called Playa Paraiso via the sea-front walkway.
