In the residential complex of Mariben, in Callao Salvaje, we have a spacious two bedroom villa. Both bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms ,the master bedroom has air conditioning and the en-suite it has a jacuzzi style bath. Each bedroom have their own private balcony, which offer amazing views to the communal swimming pool,mountains and the ocean. On the ground level there is a guest WC, a large separate kitchen with modern appliances and a generous size living room which also has air-conditioning and leads to the bright conservatory / dining area. Also from the living room and kitchen you can access to the sunny terrace and garden areas that surrounds the whole property. On the underground level there is a garage that can easily accommodate two large cars, it has a small room that can potentially be made into a third bedroom/guest room. This complex is maintained to a very high standard with a very large swimming pool with ample space to sunbathe. We highly recommend viewing this house.
