La Orotava, Tenerife

Cosy detached house for seasonal rental on an estate in La Orotava, in the midlands. Located just a few minutes´ drive from the town centre. Furnished and equipped. The estate is fenced and well defined. The layout of the estate is as follows: a large outdoor car park, preceded by a barbecue area with a spacious dining area. There is a well that still supplies water. All these spaces are surrounded by the estate itself. On a higher level, there is a large terrace with panoramic views, much of which is covered by a beautiful wooden porch. Another part of the terrace is uncovered and houses the barbecue, a sunbathing area and a toilet for when you are outside the house. Inside the cottage, there are two double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a pleasant living room and a bathroom with a shower. Live in the countryside but in comfort. The house has stoves to keep it warm. All the rooms are exterior. The estate is cultivated, so you can take care of it or create a small vegetable garden. There is a wide variety of fruit trees in production, and you can harvest and even consume some of the fruit. It has automatic irrigation. There are chickens, chicks, roosters and cats. The area is very quiet and safe, ideal if you want to connect with nature, a haven of peace, waking up to the sound of birds singing. Rural area, wonderful landscapes surrounding the place, ideal for hiking. Utility costs are included in the monthly rental price.
