Spectacular historic house almost a hundred years old. As soon as we enter the house we are struck by a huge living room with fireplace, antique wooden floor, high ceiling with wooden beams. From there we access to a large dining room very bright and a large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to one of the two terraces, this one has a barbecue. On this floor there is a guest toilet and a laundry/solana room the size of a garage. The upper floor is reached via a wide wooden staircase, a small office space is located on the landing of the staircase. The upper floor consists of three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room that has been converted into a dressing room. From the upper floor there is also access to the terrace and the roof terrace. The house is sold with all the furniture, some of it very old.
