At the entrance of the house we find the large garage for several cars with a bathroom as well as the guest apartment. Going up to the first floor we find a very nice little corner where we can enjoy the freshness of the house. This floor also houses a large living room with access to the beautiful terrace with a small garden, the large kitchen that has access to the side terrace with its barbecue, the hall and a full bathroom. From the large terrace you can see views of the sea and the coast. On the second floor, apart from the two large bedrooms and a bathroom with natural light, there is a large landing that is currently used as an office. We also have on this floor not only a perfect space for meals with family or friends but also a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy these special moments. A large and comfortable house with many outdoor spaces.
