We present three fincas on the Camino La Hornaca in Aguagarcía, Tacoronte. The three fincas are sold together. Rustic land of natural protection of forest interest. The regulations allow the conservation of possible agricultural areas (it is not a protected natural area). One of the properties has a eucalyptus forest that can be used for forestry purposes. The other two have fruit trees but the crops are abandoned. RESIDENTIAL USE IS NOT ALLOWED. NO BUILDING IS ALLOWED. They border the track and the La Hornaca road, and there is an easement that crosses the neighbouring farm and connects with the Candelaria Monte road, which in turn connects with the TF-226 road to La Esperanza.
