La Orotava, Tenerife

Urban plot located in the village of Pinolere, situated at 600 m.a.s.l., in the middle of the midlands, above La Orotava.
It has an urban project to build two floors which has been approved by the architects association.

The village preserves its typical popular architecture and its agricultural and handicraft traditions, having built an ethnographic museum in the village and having become a center for fairs and handicraft celebrations all over the island. The typical houses with low dry stone walls, with wooden ridge tiles and thatched with rye straw stand out.
