The first thing that strikes you about this house, which is in an absolutely stunning location, is the beautiful view of the entire Valle Guerra valley, which can be enjoyed from many of the rooms.
The house was built around 1970 and has been permanently and continuously renovated since 2005.
The house with approx. 290 m² of living space and a covered parking space was built on a 1,300 m² plot and divided into several residential units. The room layout of the main apartment with the large living room with fireplace and the dining room from which you have this intoxicating view again, a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, also with a large window front. The stairs then take us to another large bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor of the house and via a covered walkway you can reach the two separate apartments, both of which have a terrace with a view.
The house not only has a cozy terrace in the entrance area but also another one near the pool.
